Matrix Experience Workshops

This experiential workshop serves as an introduction to the Matrix Model. The foundation is learning the concept, practice and value of developing and maintaining a Matrix of person-to-person communication. Participants experience the benefits of developing a relationship with each unique other person in the group. This introduction offers a map for transforming individuals, relationships and groups into truly interconnected, living systems. It is a model of conscious, inclusive leadership.

  • Learn how your personal and leadership style impacts others and the group.

  • Develop increased freedom to express the fullness of yourself while supporting others.

  • Resource yourself, the relationships, and the group in the intelligence of body, mind, heart and spirit.

  • Redefine diversity, conflict and chaos as a creative impulse.

  • Remember the Sacred in each other; the Source that seeks to re-story us as one, divine, global, human community.

Impact

The saying - "walk a mile in someone else's shoes" - the Matrix group allowed me to follow the path of someone else and her ancestors - for hundreds of miles, across oceans, over decades, even centuries, without ever giving up my own shoes, my own ancestors, my own truth.
