This 3 phase, 12 day training is intended to teach graduates of the Matrix Comprehensive Training or the Matrix Essentials for Professionals, to facilitate groups in the Matrix model. This training is intended both as a refresher course to learn to facilitate the emerging Matrix model, and as an experiential, skill-building practicum in group facilitation. It also provides a strong, transformative container for continued personal and professional integration.
Individuals who have completed either the full Matrix Comprehensive Training or the Matrix Essentials for Professionals with significant experience in small group facilitation; and who want to deepen their practice of Matrix Leadership. The training is required for anyone who wants to co-facilitate future Matrix groups, workshops or trainings for Matrix Leadership or for those who wish to develop further skills in applying Matrix principles and practices in their own contexts.
Each phase is primarily a practicum in facilitation skills and understanding the Matrix model of group leadership. The theoretical foundation includes tracking the influence of group field dynamics and shifting paradigms from separation to interconnectedness. The process through 3 phases supports an extraordinary integration of personal and professional devlopment.

MLI was an incredible experience that helped me grow tremendously personally and professionally. As a clinical psychologist, I had studied group process before. However, this was the experience that most helped me understand myself in new ways. The training was not easy nor simple but was one of the most important experiences in my life. Thank you for your caring, your expertise, and your loving leadership.
